Dave talks about LowCast, another form of watching cable tv. LowCast is a new hot that is not charging the consumers a “network-transmission” fee, thereby causing the big 4 — like CBS — to take the company to court for an omission of a fee. However, for now, consumers can get free access to CBS and other channels simply by having the software.
