According to the Department of Education, there is currently $1,400,000,000 (as in 1.4 trillion dollars) in student loan debt, with over 2.5 million people who have incurred this debt. Additionally, there are at a minimum 101 people in the United States who owe more than $1,000,000 in student debt. How have student loans affected your personal finance?
